Clean Drs. Carpet Care is a family-owned cleaning company serving homes and businesses in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. This policy covers this website and the booking, quote and contact forms on it.

We only collect what you type into one of our forms. Depending on the form, that is your name, phone number, email address, city, service address, the service you are asking about, a preferred date, notes about access to your home, and any message you write us.

We do not ask for payment details on this site. Payment is handled in person at the time of service.

We use your details to answer your request: to price the job, confirm a time, and reach you about the appointment. That is the only reason we ask for them.

By sending us a form you are asking us to get back to you, so we may call, text or email you about that request. Tell us at any time if you would rather we use only one of those, and we will.

This site sets no cookies. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers, and nothing on the site stores data in your browser. There is nothing here to opt out of.

Your form goes to our own inbox and is read by the people who schedule and do the work. We never sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's advertising.

Two service providers necessarily handle it along the way: the company that hosts this website, and the email service that delivers the message to us. They process it only to provide that service. Our web host, like any web host, keeps standard server logs that include visitor IP addresses.

We will also share information where the law requires it, or where we need to in order to protect someone's safety.

We keep your request for as long as we need it to serve you and to keep ordinary business records, then we delete it. If you ask us to remove your details sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep a record of the work we did for you.

Call or write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you and we will remove you from any follow-up.

This site is meant for adults arranging cleaning for a home or a business. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us something, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
